Registration fee includes admission to all seminars and speakers.

Choose Accommodations:

Trinity House ($145/night) These private rooms with private bathrooms have a B & B feel to them and is the newest building on campus. Rooms accommodate a maximum of 3 people.
The Inn ($124/night) This historic centerpiece of campus has rocking chairs on a beautiful grand styled wrap-around-porch. Rooms on the first two floors have private baths and offer views of the lake or mountains. Some rooms can accommodate up to 5 people.
Brookside Community House
($124/night)
A family-style building with a comfortable gathering area for everyone. Between two rooms is a shared bathroom. Most rooms accommodate 2-3 people.

Other
($42- $88/night)

For less expensive camp-style or cottage accommodations, please call Silver Bay at 518-543-8833, ext 350.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Your first meal is dinner.
Check-out time is 11:00 am. Your last meal is lunch.

For all accommodations there will be a 5% gratuity added to your bill. If you have any questions about accommodations, please call 518-543-8833, ext 350.

Cancellation policy:

No rate reduction can be made for late arrivals or early departures.
Within 30 days of arrival, forfeit of deposit
Within 60 days of arrival, 50% of deposit
Within 90 days of arrival, full refund of deposit

Bring your family for an unforgetable Silver Bay experience. Silver Bay offers a wide range of activities for all ages. While you participate in the Leadership Forum, the rest of your family can enjoy children's programs, the craft shop, kayaking, canoeing, the beaches, the fitness center, and much more. Complete details about all that Silver Bay offers are available at www.silverbay.org.

Please list name of participant and any additional guests who will be staying with you in your room (limited by room and bed size). All participants and guests will be charged a daily membership and meal fee which includes three meals daily and membership access to most Silver Bay programs and services.

Supervised Children's Programs (12 and under) and Teen Programs are offered every weekday for a small additional charge of $11 per half day (6 weeks - 6th grade and Teen Programs) or $22 per full day (grades 1 - 6 only). Please indicate the names of the child(ren) you wish to register for Children's Programs or Teen Programs and indicate the days they will attend.
