Since 1902, Silver Bay has been a haven for generations of people
of all ages and walks of life to come for renewal of spirit, mind and
body. Many of the features that make Silver Bay a special and
unique place are made possible through the generous contributions
of our members and guests.
There are many ways to support Silver Bay. You may make a gift or
pledge payment by check, credit card, or through your on-line bill pay
system. You may also take advantage of tax savings that come from
giving appreciated stocks, shares of mutual funds, or real estate.
Individuals may also contribute gifts-in-kind, such as needed equipment
and other tangible personal property. Many members and friends include
Silver Bay in their estate plans or through other deferred gifts.
All gifts to Silver Bay are important. Whether you are establishing
an endowment, making an annual contribution, giving in memory
or in honor of someone, or donating to a special project, there are a
variety of ways you may contribute.
Since the Silver Bay YMCA of the Adirondacks is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, all of your gifts are tax-deductible. For complete details about charitable tax deductions, click here for IRS publication 526 for Charitable Contributions.
