Pastoral Respite Retreat Ministry

Since 1999, hundreds of individuals have found a sense of
spiritual renewal through the Brookside and Trinity House Ministry.

Those on retreat at Brookside/
Trinity are invited to make use of the other programs on the campus of the Silver Bay YMCA of the Adirondacks.
These include the fitness center, hiking trails,
heated Chapel open 24 hours, and
pastoral support.

Brookside Community House and Trinity House are two private bath facilities that are dedicated to the spiritual growth of all who come to stay. They are primarily available to pastors and their families and lay people who are involved in ministry.

The central purpose of this ministry is to provide rest and renewal for those who minister to others. These beautiful facilities also serve single parents and those in need of short- term emergency housing. They are available after Labor Day to June 1st.

There is no fee for their use, but contributions to this outreach ministry are encouraged. Meals are provided, and when needed, guests are invited to help in the preparation of meals. During the summer months, Brookside and Trinity are used to accommodate conference participants.
