Run Course (3 miles)
The run will start at the shore where the kayakers enter the water. The course is mainly a trail run with a 200 meter climb up the service road and a 100 yard straight away on Silver Bay Road. The course incorporates sections of the fitness trail, Horn Nature trail, challenge course/council ring, and the pathway next to the lake.
The run is a 2 loop course, looping at the intersection of the service road and Silver Bay Road. The first time around, runners will take a left back up the service road to complete another loop (1.5 miles). The second time around, the runners will take a right back down the parking lot to the finish line.
Aid station will be located at the corner of the loop intersection.
