Silver Bay's 20 Unique Cottages on Lake George

Rates: (see images and descriptions below)  

  • Rates for cottages are charged per week in-season and per night off-season.   
  • Full Membership is required of all guests in addition to cottage fees; adults $18.00 per day, children $9.00 per day (age 6-17)        
  • Children ages 6 and up will count toward minimum occupancy and charged at children's rate.  Children under age of 6 will not count toward minimum       
  • *Full Membership will be charged at the adult rate if minimum occupancy is not reached.        
  • Weekly cottage occupancy in-season begin Saturday after 4:00 pm ending Saturday 11:00 am.        
  • In-season dates are June 21 to September 1, 2008.        
  • Off-season dates are January 1 to June 20, 2008 and September 2 to December 31, 2008         
  • 5% gratuity will be added to your final bill.  Gratuity is based on accommodations and membership.  

What's included: 

  • Cottages are equipped with kichens including place settings for the maximum number of occupants, linens and towels.

Payments:

  • Deposit:   A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.     
  • Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.  
  • *Full Membership will be charged at the adult rate if minimum occupancy is not reached.         

Cancellation Policy:          
 30 days days prior to your arrival - forfeit of deposit        
 60  days days prior to your arrival - 50% of the deposit        
 90 days days prior to your arrival - Full refund

Silver Bay recognizes guests who are members in their local area YMCAs.  We will honor a 25% discount off your membership fee at Silver Bay. AWAY members will need to provide proof of their current membership from their home YMCA at time of reservation.    (A letter from your YMCA will be accepted)  No other discounts will apply.        

Please note:  Silver Bay does not allow pets in any accommodations; however, people with disabilities are permitted to bring their service animals with them into any buildings on campus.
