Silver Bay does offer the following guest services:
- Business Center: Fax/copier, computer access
- Wireless Internet: Available in many locations on campus.
- Gift Shop: Souvenirs and sundries available in the Inn.
- Laundry: Coin-operated laundry located on campus.
- Phones: Cellular phones are unreliable in the Silver Bay area. Pay phones are available in locations around campus. Phone cards can be purchased at the gift shop and the front desk.
- The Store offers homemade ice cream and pizza and paninis.
- In order to maintain a tranquil atmosphere, rooms are not equipped with phones or televisions.
