Dining

Meals are included in the rates for members and guests staying on the Silver Bay Campus unless otherwise indicated or arranged.

We offer daily delicious, well-balanced meals for our members and guests served in our Dining Hall.   Breakfast includes hot and cold options as well as fresh fruit and yogurt. Lunch and dinner always includes a salad bar and a vegetarian entrée. If there are special food needs (allergies, etc.) we will need to know this information as soon as possible to best accommodate your request.

Meal times are posted in the Breeze and on the dining hall doors. 

Guests may purchase meal tickets at the Front Desk if staying off campus, in cottages, or if needed. 

Meal Ticket Pricing : (Meal times may vary in the off season based on the groups on campus)

• Breakfast:
  Adult: $13/day
  Children 6-17: $6.50/day
• Lunch:
  Adult: $13/day
  Children 6-17: $6.50/day
• Dinner :
  Adult: $18/day
  Children 6-17: $9/day

Children 5 and under eat free when accompanied by a paying guest

Catering

Silver Bay is an ideal location for your catered event. Let us host your event in the Boathouse overlooking the lake or in Gullen Lounge located within our stately Inn. Or varied banquet facilities give all your guests a unique Adirondack setting for your upcoming event. Our event staff is available to help plan all of the details.
