1. Complete an Application Packet. There is a separate procedure dependent upon whether you are a returning Emp, will be a first-time Emp, or are applying as an International Emp. First-time Emps take note: You must be 18 years old or a graduate from high school to work at Silver Bay. You must also provide three references; from either a teacher, minister, employer, or a former Emp (please no relatives or friends). Your application is not considered complete until all three reference forms are completed and returned. The reference forms are included in the first-time staff packet (returning Emps do not need to provide reference forms). International Emps must have a Silver Bay Contact Person (for example a former employee, guest, member or YMCA employee that has a Silver Bay connection).
