Archery Instructor Level 1 Course* - June 23, 2012
This 8 to 12 hour NAA Level 1 Basic Archery Instructor class is designed for 4H, scouts, summer camps, youth organizations, JOAD, County/City ASAP (After School Archery Program) Recreation Department or other short-term program instructors and YMCA instructors. No prior experience is required. Certification is valid for three years; the minimum age for students requires that youth must be in the year of their 16th birthday or older. You'll learn how to set up and operate a safe short-term archery program, how to teach new archers, how to maintain program equipment, and learn common shooting errors and correction, which may also help your own skills. A new component includes a "drills & skills" section, which aids in training new archers. NAA membership is NOT required. This program offers both On-Campus or Program Member and Basic Member or Non-Member Rates

USTA - Recreational Coaches' Workshop - June 23, 2012*
The USTA wants to ensure that you receive the best possible on-court training available. The skills you will learn at USTA Recreational On-Court Training Workshops will help you grow the sport, increase demand for your instruction and get you more involved. With these goals in mind, the Recreational Coach Workshop (RCW) prepare coaches, instructors and parents to give players an exceptional tennis experience and keep them coming back. – This program is taught by USTA Professionals and is perfect for camp staff and individuals alike. This program is geared towards adults and teens (age 13-17). This program offers both On-Campus or Program Member and Basic Member or Non-Member Rates

New York State Safe Boaters Course* - July 2-3, 2012, July 9-10, 2012, August 6-9, 2012 & August 13-17, 2012
The course is designed as a comprehensive boating course, teaching the fundamentals of safe boating operation. Regardless of your age you must hold a safety certificate in order to operate a personal watercraft (jet-ski) in New York State. And if you are at least 10 years old and less than 18 years old, you must hold a safety certificate in order to operate a motorboat in New York State. As of Jan 1, 2011 you must be 14 years old to operate a personal watercraft with a safety certificate. Must be at least 10years old by the first class. Must attend all class sessions for a total of 8 hrs. Bring a Pencil, workbooks will be provided. This program offers both On-Campus or Program Member and Basic Member or Non-Member Rates

Tennis Extravaganza -Date TBD

A popular tennis event for the 15 year and older tennis players.  It includes two days of intense tennis fun and instruction by accomplished visiting professional coaches. Sessions include on-court interactive training and coaching, video analysis, strategic play, yoga for tennis, advanced play techniques, and exercise physiology and nutrition as it relates to optimal performance.  Geared towards the intermediate to advanced players.

Dance Week - July 2-6, 2012, August 13-17, 2012 
Learn to merengue, tango, foxtrot, swing and salsa with David & Nina Endicott, two of the New York City dance instructors featured in the documentary “Mad Hot Ballroom”. Daily lessons followed by the Silver Bay Ball on Friday (Ages 16 and up).

Led by Dr. Davis Giersch Mozart Singers rehearse Monday through Friday from 1:00 to 2:30 in preparation for our vespers performance Friday evening.  Mozart Singers is for those who love to sing great choral music.

Team Triathlon - August 16, 2012 
The course consists of ½ mile swim, 1 ½ mile kayak paddle and 3 mile run. Each team must consist of three participants. And all participants must be 13 years or older (Swimmers and Kayakers under 18 must see the race director prior to the race to be pre-approved). This program offers both On-Campus or Program Member and Basic Member or Non-Member Rates
